Words

I love words. Ever since I was a child, words have been a fascination for me.

Words have power. Words can educate. Words can create. Words can elevate. Words can placate. Words can decimate.

We would all do well to choose our words carefully. Don Miguel Ruiz wrote The Four Agreements. The first agreement is “be impeccable with your word”.  This is good advice whether it is the words coming out of your mouth directed at others, or the ones running amok inside your head.

We can raise our vibration simply by choosing higher vibrational words. Everything is energy (and I mean everything). All words have frequencies.

Playing around with words can be fun. It is a simple thing, but watch what happens in your life when the words you choose to use have higher frequencies.

Words with high frequencies will cause you to feel good inside when you use them.

In contrast, words with low frequencies will not.

Gossip of any kind is very low frequency energy. Choosing not to participate is a simple way to help keep your personal vibration high.

I plan to use my words to share knowledge, to spread kindness and to spark curiosity.
